Conditions of Payment

Payment is made through a transfer to DEUTSCHE BANK BERLIN (GERMANY).

Shipment Costs

Shipment prices include, mostly, shipment charges by (DHL) shipment service. As to boots, mallets, accessories, tapestries, costs vary according to weight, quantity and volume. Ask for a quote before you make an Order. We have an agreement with D H L, with very convenient prices, that will allow you to track shipments via Internet.

Prices

Prices are for sales in general. Having more than one item the DHL price reduces significantly. For Wholesale business or resellers ask for TOTAL COSTS.

Guarantee

Our Products have a Guarantee against defects in materials and quality problems.

Changes

Please send to our customer attention office an E-Mail (info@aleleder.com.ar) within 14 days of receiving the products. Our Company reserves the right to reject your order, to the exception of problems of material, if products are dirty, used and not sent in perfect condition. All shipment costs are chargeable to the Customer.

Payments

We only accept orders once the corresponding deposit is made in Deutsche Bank Berlin.

TAXES

On very few occasions the different Countries ask for the payment of valued added tax when small quantities of shipments are made from outside the country. In this case we ALWAYS attach a specially made invoice, since there is a Treaty in many Countries and the Argentine Republic for very low tax payment.

IMPORTANT: The shipping insurance is optional. If the client decides not to take it, it stays under his exclusive responsibility any loss, deviation or damage that could to happen to the merchandise during the delivery.
